摘要: Background: Teucrium Polium and Prosopis Farcta have been traditionally employed in cancer treatment. In this study we evaluated the effects of methanolic extracts these two plants HT-29 cells. Methods: IC50s were obtained via MTT assay levels ROS production, cell death, collapse mitochondrial membrane potential Sirt3 enzyme activity determined. Results: After 48 hours exposure, for 3 2μg/ml, respectively. Extracts induced higher production after 6 than 12 hours.
