摘要: Abstract This paper presents a comparative study of surface electrical potential measurement carried out with the classic vibrating Kelvin probe and newly designed swing capacitor transducer. Mathematical modeling experimentation demonstrated that non-vibrating is notably more sensitive (in some instances than six times) in cases where space charge buried under dielectric layers slow polarization. provides an advantage multi-layer structures, for example, to detect localize corrosion paint.
