摘要: A pyroelectric composite made of calcium modified lead titanate ceramic and polyether–ether–ketone high performance polymer was obtained in the film form by hot pressing ceramic/polymer mixture into desired composition. After polarization with a suitable electric field, (60% vol.) exhibited figure merit three times higher than that zirconate ceramic. The material used as infrared radiation sensor. voltage responsivity decreases inverse frequency showing same behavior thermally thick reproducibility sensor responses observed.
