摘要: This paper compares the characteristics of two types four quadrant pyroelectric sensors, made with screen-printed PZT and PVDF thick films, respectively, which we used for low-cost contactless position determination laser beam positioning. For comparison their responsivities, measured a CO2 laser, respective noise figures. sensors designing simulated sensor responsivity using an equivalent thermo-electric model already demonstrated multilayer sensors. The barely known parameters electrodes layers were deduced from best fit temporal voltage response to square wave periodic signals. peak current responsivity, bandwidth NEP various samples indicate most suited low-noise high frequency large IR applications, respectively.
