摘要: There is increasing evidence of close interactions between the adipose and immune systems. Adipocytes secrete multiple factors, including adipokines such as leptin adiponectin that have both pro- anti-inflammatory effects, influence diseases involving system. Further, tissue also secretes various chemokines cytokines, derived from either adipocytes themselves, or neighbouring cells resident infiltrating macrophages. This physical paracrine interaction results in reciprocal actions adipocytes, preadipocytes macrophages within microenvironment tissue. Adipose a source Acylation Stimulating Protein (ASP)/C3adesArg which interacts with receptor C5L2 to stimulate triglyceride synthesis glucose transport. C5L2, present on preadipocytes, macrophages, numerous other myeloid non-myeloid postulated be decoy for C5a cells. Several reviews past year recently examined role C5a-mediated physiology. The mini-review an adipocentric view emphasis ASP lipid metabolism. may play mediating, one hand, stimulation adipose, and, mediator function. Both roles remain controversial, will only resolved further studies.
