摘要: Summary An easy to perform immunoassay method (Quik‐card®) for monitoring milk on the presence of chloramphenicol residues exceeding 5 10 ppb is described, as well an extraction and preconcentration utilising a Sep‐pak® silica cartridge, which enables detection CAP in concentrations 1 by HPLC 0.1 immunoassay.
