Roles of safety climate and shift work on perceived injury risk: a multi-level analysis.

摘要: This study evaluated the relationship between employees' work shift (i.e., day versus night shift) and perceptions of injury risk, how is affected by company level safety climate frequency. The results showed that workers perceived a higher risk compared to workers. Both frequency played critical roles in predicting individual risk. Perception was significantly lower when they high-level rather than low-level climate. However, this pattern not noticeable for These findings highlighted importance considering factors attempting understand differences on an individual's perception
