摘要: Microwave ceramic dielectric materials Ca5Nb2TiO12 and Ca5Ta2TiO12 have been prepared by a conventional solid-state process. The structure was studied X-ray diffraction the properties were characterized at microwave frequencies. ceramics posses relatively high constant, very low loss (Qu×f> 30000 GHz) small temperature variation of resonant frequency. These are potential candidates for resonator applications in integrated circuits.
