摘要: Highly nonlinear optical properties of nanocarbon materials make them perspective candidates for saturable absorption (SA) applications, characterized by a short-term decrease in the medium at high incident light intensity. The and SA aqueous suspensions 5 nm detonation nanodiamonds (DNDs) have been studied z-scan technique under irradiation with nanosecond laser pulses wavelengths 532 1064 nm. saturation intensity coefficient describing were obtained concentrations DND ranging between 0.5 wt %. It was concluded that single-digit are suitable limiting only relatively intensities radiation, ∼5.9 14.1 MW/cm2 excitation, respectively.
