摘要: SUMMARY Methodologics Aspects Related to ManometricSystem Used in Hemodynamics Studies Cardiac catheterization and ancillary procedures provideinvaluable information for the detection of heart diseaseand assessment cardiac function. Raw data arecollected course investigation thenprocessed, yielding hemodynamic mechanical variableswhich can be evaluated qualitatively quantitativelyagainst known standards. Precise recordings are clearlyindispensable a reliable evaluation: toaccomplish this objective, use an appropriate ins-trument system must made. A modern instrument systemfor physiologic recording consists three main components, namely, transducer, amplifier, indicator. The adequacyof depends on performance itscomponents: stability, sensitivity, linearity adequatefrequency response. If is considered importantenough perform measurements, theoperators should take time obtain pressure waveformsthat unequivocal, separating artifact frompathology. With fundamentals analyzed paper,we would like point out that, all due attention shouldbe paid waves used interpretationof physiopathology cardiovascular illness.
