摘要: Abstract TeO 2 was made by sol-gel processing from tellurium chloride and isopropoxide precursors. The synthesis of the alkoxide achieved reaction sodium with TeCl 4 . powders have been obtained both Their structures were studied X-ray diffraction, infra-red transmission, scanning electron microscopy BET porosimetry. Powders inorganic salt crystalline, a composition ·0.5H O, while those crystalline or amorphous depending on hydrolysis water ratio. powder transformation during heat treatment examined thermogravimetric analysis differential thermal sintering behaviour is presented.
