摘要: Sol-gel method is successfully used for synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles doped with different concentrations Mg. The structure, morphology, chemical composition, optical and antibacterial activity the were studied as a function Mg doping concentration. synthesized samples show hexagonal Wurtzite phase segregation takes place 15% amount doping.TEM images verifies formation in range 30-55 nm. FTIR EDS results also confirm successful incorporation structure. Optical investigation indicates increase band gap energy content. activities nanosuspensions tested against Escherichia Coli (Gram negative) Streptococcus Mutans Positive) cultures. ZnO:Mg nanosuspension shows high which slightly decreases .
