摘要: ZnO:Mg thin films with different amounts of Mg were deposited on a glass substrate using the spray pyrolysis technique. The structural, optical and antibacterial properties studied as function dopant concentration. characterized methods such x-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, tunneling microscopy UV–Vis spectroscopy. samples display hexagonal wurtzite structure, no secondary phase. Morphological studies indicated deposition uniform film, particle size decreases doping. Optical revealed that band gap transmittance increase activities against Escherichia coli (gram-negative) cultures tested by drop test method, which shows doping increases films.
