Morphological and Optical Properties of Different Mg Percentage of ZnO/Mg Thin Films Prepared by Sol-Gel Spin-Coating and Immersion Method

摘要: We have successfully demonstrated ZnO/Mg thin films on Mg seeded-template by using sol-gel spin-coating and immersion technique. By increasing weight percentage of Mg, zinc particles become agglomerate displayed flower formed as in FESEM characterization. It was observed that the morphology change from inconsistently distribution for 1 3 % into cluster flower-like 5 7 Mg. The optical properties were examined UV-Vis spectroscopy Tauc plot methods used to estimate band gap. study reveals that, recorded highest transmittance which is more than 60 visible wavelength compared others. With rise increased except %. This gradually downgraded below transmission most probably due grain size becomes bigger. gap can be tuned different films.
