摘要: In the present study, a novel procedure was introduced for casting of metal matrix composites by adding mortar consisting expandable polystyrene beads, carboxy methyl cellulose paste, SiC particles and water as mould pattern. This process applied A356 Aluminium alloy/SiCP composite. Technology this method is based on balance between solidification rate buoyancy reinforcement particles. The experimental results show that effective parameters in fabrication sound part are density size pre-puff percentage particles, material, thickness cavity, temperature cooling rate. However, innovative will only be successful thin-wall parts, which their times become shorter than floatation time
