摘要: Background A validated tool for the dynamic severity assessment of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is lacking. The aim this study was to develop and validate such a novel scoring system. Methods A Delphi voting procedure conducted among members European Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation (EHSF) achieve consensus towards an initial HS Severity Score System (HS4). Strengths weaknesses HS4 were examined by multicenter prospective study. Multivariate logistic regression, discriminant analysis receiver operating characteristic curves examination correlation (Spearman's rho) agreement (Cohen's kappa) with existing scores engaged recognize variables new International Scoring (IHS4) that established 2nd round. Results Consensus based on number skin lesions, areas involved Dermatology Life Quality Index evaluated sample 236 patients from 11 centers. Subsequently, multivariate regression model calculated adjusted odds ratios several clinical signs. Nodules, abscesses draining tunnels resulted as variables. Three candidate presented round. resulting IHS4 score nodules (multiplied 1) + 2) 4). A total 3 or less signifies mild, 4-10 moderate higher severe disease. Cohen's kappa fair (κ=0.317) compared Hurley classification (κ=0.493) Expert Opinion. Correlation good (rho>0.6) classification, Opinion, Physician's Global Assessment Modified Sartorius (rho=0.356). Conclusion The dynamically assess can be used both in real-life trials setting.
