摘要: The crystalline structures of the altered cellulose synthesized by Acetobacter xylinum in presence a fluorescent brightening agent and several direct dyes were investigated electron X-ray diffraction. results indicate that amorphous is mixture with precipitate altering agent. A diffraction line at 0.399 nm attributable to ordered stacking recorded when three Fluorescent Brightening Agent 28 (FBA 28). No crystallinity could be from samples four other dyes. Cellulose I was formed removed washing FBA 28-induced samples, but crystallite size reduced compared control bacterial cellulose. These are discussed terms ultra-structure modified tendency agents aggregate.
