摘要: The management of chronic illness needs lifestyle modifications and drug therapy for a long period. Patient understanding regarding the plays very important role in illness. Effective patient counseling makes understand his/her illness, necessary pharmacotherapy better way thus enhance compliance. pharmacist has immense responsibility patients with should possess adequate knowledge be an effective communicator, making use verbal non-verbal communication skills.
