Unilateral Renal Agenesis with or without Ipsilateral Adrenal Agenesis

摘要: AbstractWe analyzed 7 patients with unilateral renal agenesis. The coexistence of agenesis ipsilateral adrenal was confirmed surgically in 2 patients, 1 whom had clinical features Cushing’s syndrome owing to adrenocortical adenoma a solitary gland. It is imperative suspect abnormalities the gland when encountered. Unilateral usually asymptomatic. Recognition this anomaly essential for early correct diagnosis. (J. Urol., 140: 933–937, 1988)
