摘要: Objective: Although Helicobacter pylori ( H. ) is considered as the main etiological factor for gastric cancer, strategy of screening and treating oncogenic bacterium still controversial. The objective was to evaluate status progress cognition about relationship between infection cancer from a clinical aspect. Data Sources: data used in this review were mainly PubMed articles published English 1984 2015. Study Selection: Clinical research selected according their level relevance topic. Results: Gastric fifth most common malignancy third leading cause deaths worldwide. infection. About 74.7-89.0% related Up date, some regional prevention programs including detection treatment are under way. Current obtained randomized controlled trials suggest that population-based feasible cost-effective preventing cancer; however, eradication campaign would potentially lead bacterial resistance corresponding antibiotics, well negative impact on normal flora. Conclusions: important questions feasibility, program costs, appropriate target groups intervention, potential harm mass therapy with antibiotics must first be answered before implementing any large-scale program.
