摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect CPP-ACP treatment and Nd:YAG laser on microtensile bond strength (µTBS) softened dentin. Sixty samples were obtained from thirty sound third molars. All submitted dentin softening procedure, by immersion specimens in 30 mL Sprite Zero for min. Afterwards, randomly divided according treatment: CG-Control group; MP-treated with paste (MI Paste); MPP-treated CPP-ACP+900 ppm NaF Paste Plus). Each group further bonding procedure: NL-No laser; L-Laser irradiation after adhesive application before polymerization. parameters used 1.4 W, 10 Hz, 140 mJ/pulse, an optic fiber 320 µm, generating energy 174 J/cm(2) per pulse. restored Clearfil SE Bond/Filtek Z350 XT. After 24 h, cut into beams (± 1 mm(2) interface area) subjected a µTBS test. Data analyzed two-way ANOVA test Holm-Sidak post-hoc method (α = 0.05). pastes did not significantly affect (p 0.070). Statistic revealed significant reduction values CG/L, leading rejection second null hypothesis < 0.001). Both based system utilized. untreated pastes.
