摘要: Objectives: The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the micro shear bond strength different adhesive system strategies sound, artificially caries affected and remineralized dentin substrates.Materials Methods: Sixty bovine permanent incisors were used. labial enamel removed a flat surface obtained. specimens divided into three main groups (sound as control, artificial groups). Four systems applied over substrates according directions manufacturers; (Futurabond M+, Single universal (universal adhesives used self-etch mode, Futurabond DC (Dual- curing self etch with nanofillers Solobond M (Etch rinse adhesive). After preparation 240 tubules resin composite (Filtek TM Z350XT (Flow able restorative), test performed. results tabulated statistically analyzed. Failure mode detected for all fractured using stereomicroscope. ESEM evaluation done interfaces types adhesives. Results: There significant effect substrate, while type not. One way ANOVA followed by Tukey HSD post hoc showed that, recorded highest value Bond Universal M+. DC, which also lowest result dentin. Conclusions: 1- Performance tested shown be dentin-dependant.2- Dentin pretreatment CPP-ACPF containing paste affects positively micro-shear M+ when mode.3-The specific chemical formula might coordinate demineralized dentin.
