摘要: We highlight current theories about peripheral neuropathic pain and show that progress in management is contingent on targeting treatment not at the aetiological factors or symptoms but mechanisms operate to produce symptoms. This approach will require substantial our understanding of pathophysiology pain, development accurate diagnostic tools discover what contribute syndrome an individual, effective treatments aimed specifically mechanisms.
