摘要: Abstract Justine J.-L. 1991. Cladistic study in the Monogenea (Platyhelminthes), based upon a parsimony analysis of spermiogenetic and spermatozoal ultrastructural characters. International Journal for Parasitology 21 : 821–838. Characters concerning spermiogenesis spermatozoon ultrastructure were analysed with program PAUP. A synapomorphy entire (Polyopisthocotylea + Monopisthocotylea) could not be defined on basis character. In polyopisthocotylean Monogenea, is relatively homogeneous was attempted. monopisthocotylean 18 unordered characters (17 binary, one multistate) used. done 23 taxa (21 taxa, Polyopisthocotylea considered as taxon, Digenea used outgroup); among Monopisthocotylea, nine redundant, generally because incomplete data. semi-strict consensus tree obtained (consistency index 0.645). Monophyly established following groups: (one synapomorphy), Monopisthocotylea (three synapomorphies), Capsalidae/Dionchidae (two Loimoidae/Monocotylidae group synapomorphies) which contains all uniflagellate spermatozoa grouped polychotomy (Ancyrocephalidae, Calceostomatidae, Pseudodactylogyridae, Diplectanidae, Tetraonchidae Amphibdellatidae). Autapomorphies recognized Amphibdellatidae Calceostomatidae. Not only ultrastructure, but also spermiogenesis, should defining synapomorphies. The herein compared most recent classifications morphology (Lebedev, 1988, Angewandte Parasitologie 29 149–167; Malmberg, 1990, Systematic 17 1–65); important similarities Lebedev's classification observed.
