摘要: Methyl esters of fatty acid obtained from Celtis australis fruits were subjected to GC-MS in order determine the identity and concentration its constituents. oleate (25.7%), methyl palmitate (22.2%), tricosanoate (13.3%), lineolate (7.8%), dotriacentanoate (2.6%) 14-acetylhydroxypalmitate (2.1%) major constituents out total characterized composition ( 95.455%) acid. The ethanolic extract was used for evaluating antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomonas auroginosa Escherichia coli Bacillus subtilis . showed significant results P.
