Investigation of Fatty Acid Composition of Ammi majus Seed Oil by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

摘要: The Ammi majus seeds oil constituents of methyl ester derivatives fatty acids were analyzed using Gas Chromatography coupled to mass spectrometer. results obtained containing the saturated as well unsaturated oils. A total 18 different components identified and quantified. Methyl linoleic acid was found in high concentration 9.00%, among analytes interest. In addition Oleic 5.60%, Palmitic 3.98% Linolenic 1.42% found. Concentration rest less than 1%. Thus from it is apparent that due presence percentage valuable concentrations detected A. majus, has increased its importance for consumption pharmaceuticals applications new formulations various skin diseases prevent cure infections.
