摘要: The effect of B toxicity on antioxidant responses soybean (Glycine max) cv. Athow was investigated by growing plants for 43 days at 0.2 (control), 2 and 12 mg kg−1. At the end treatment period, shoot growth, lipid peroxidation level, activities enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POX), catalase (CAT), ascorbate (APX) glutathione reductase (GR), their isoenzymes in leaves were measured. Boron concentration significantly increased increasing levels from to 522 kg−1, dry matter depressed Significant increases SOD, CAT, APX determined under kg−1; however, GR decreased while POX activity unchanged. Increased enzymic arose a combination newly formed activation existing isoenzymes. By contrast, SOD kg−1 as compared control groups CAT did not change. Malondialdehyde content but These results suggest that higher observed than provided free radical-scavenging capacity, thus lower level Athow. While induction related internal boron levels, signaling coordination remain unclear.
