摘要: Purpose of review Echinocandin resistance in Candida is a great concern, as the echinocandin drugs are recommended 1st line therapy for patients with invasive candidiasis. Here we review recent advances our understanding epidemiology, underlying mechanisms, methods detection and clinical implications.
