摘要: Abstract A novel approach for the voltammetric determination of Pb2+, Cu2+, and Hg2+ in presence macromolecule contaminants was developed. An Au nanoparticles array directly electrodeposited onto gold electrode surface followed by a further modification mercaptoethanesulfonate (MES) monolayer. Square wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV) performed on doubly modified electrode. The provided significantly improved sensitivity. Simultaneously, MES monolayer efficiently prevented macromolecules accessing surface. Compared with bare electrode, has ability to detect metal ions contaminants, even when their concentration reach 100 ppm. Under optimal conditions, detection limits 0.16, 0.15, 0.14 ppb were obtained, respectively. calibration graphs linear range 1...
