摘要: A new approach for designing a voltammetric selective electrode is presented. The based on the formation of disorganised inert self-assembled monolayer (SAM), in which an amphiphilic molecule incorporated. latter serves as selectivity factor, which extracts analyte. purpose these experiments to study the parameters that affect capability host amphiphiles. As model systems we focused incorporation simple amphiphilic molecules (quaternary alkyl ammonium salts), electroactive amphiphiles (dialkylviologens) and macrocycle ligand (tetramethylcyclam) into octadecyl silane monolayers formed indium tin oxide (ITO) purposely made disorganised alkanethiols gold. We find basically, amphiphiles into hydrophobic SAM resembles reversed stationary phase liquid chromatography this configuration can be used electrodes.
