摘要: Flatband potential (Efb), which coincides with the Fermi level in energy, was determined for AgCl and AgBr electrodes by electrochemical measurement of capacitance space charge layer a semiconductor contact solution. The values Efb both an electrolyte solution were −4.8 V vs. vacuum. energy levels could be from this value. behavior electrode is somewhat like n-type semiconductor, that very much intrinsic semiconductor. change cathodically solutions Cl− Br− ions, respectively, but not H+ or OH− ions. This seems to associated Ag+ ion effect spectral sensitization. It concluded arises downward shift band edge silver halides.
