摘要: Adlayer structures of Cl and Br, the formation AgBr hulk layers on Ag(100) surface were investigated using in situ scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) solution ex low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) ultrahigh vacuum (UHV). In STM clearly showed that adsorbed Br monolayers possess a c(2 × 2) structure acidic solutions, Monoatomic steps observed to run parallel direction rotated by 45° with respect atomic rows Ag substrate. Ex LEED clear pattern corresponding UHV after emersion sample from solution. At potentials for bulk AgBr(100) grew epitaxially Ag(100). On surface, both ions topmost layer STM. The X crystallographic arrangement formed
