摘要: The formula for the maximum efficiency of photovoltaic energy conversion in tandem solar cells is discussed. This obtained by use a thermodynamically founded diode I-V characteristic, and compared to previously published which was based on classical characteristic within framework theory Shockley Queisser (1961). Series expansions complicated are presented. They enable an easy accurate computation provide more insight basic limit effect.
