摘要: Abstract A very general formulation of a semiconducting photovoltaic device is given. The efficiency this maximized with respect to tis structural parameters. In way it shown that no solar cell structure can achieve large than an infinite tandem cell, bandgaps monotonically decreasing from infinity zero, and which each individual selective black body its own appropriate bias voltage.
