摘要: The development of distributed energy systems in China is one the important measures to promote revolution for production and its utilization patterns. First all, we analyze present application status China’s generation from three major types: natural gas, photovoltaic, wind. Secondly, based on analysis project overview, scale, effect patterns generation, summarize policy deficiencies obstacles. Finally, aiming China, propose some relevant policies corresponding countermeasures problems existing process wind power.
