摘要: In today’s manufacturing scenario, accounting for manufacturability considerations at the product design stage is not an option but a necessity. When CAD/CAM tools are used to reduce lead times, process related implicitly often difficult. Availability of advisor systems that analyze part geometry and other information ease could be solution this problem. The purpose assessment give feedback designer in order make product/process more effective. Present research concerned with development automated sheet metal components. Unlike most work done past concentrated on bending forming processes, present deals components manufactured by two different namely “spinning” “rollforming”. Effectiveness proposed demonstrated taking number industrial parts as examples.
