摘要: Spinning process is an effective and flexible method that has been widely employed to produce metal components having axisymmetric rotational geometry, such as for jet engines, turbines, radar reflectors, satellite nose cones, etc. Safe performance of mandrel staff critical spinning process. In this paper, the safety aspects, i.e., temperature, leakage hydraulic system, material deformation, roller path related operations, were in-depth analyzed. Moreover, a concept protection curve was presented avoid potential dangers, relevance algorithm generate also developed. Then, based on generation curve, redundant point problem analyzed, new rejecting points designed enhance efficiency safety. Finally, Multi-passes constant linear velocity adopted higher product precision during complex manufacture. The common open-architecture CNC system servo used realize researches. results show researched algorithms are guarantee staff’s improve precision.
