摘要: This work describes the use of intermediate pyrolysis system to produce liquid, gaseous and solid fuels from pelletised wood barley straw feedstock. Experiments were conducted in a pilot-scale all products collected analysed. The liquid separated into an aqueous phase organic (pyrolysis oil) under gravity. oil yields 34.1 wt.% 12.0 for straw, respectively. Analysis found that both oils rich heterocyclic phenolic compounds have heating values over 24 MJ/kg. char feedstocks be about 30 wt.%, with similar typical sub-bituminous class coal. Gas calculated approximately 20 wt.%. Studies showed gases had downdraft gasification producer gas. on product energy indicated process efficiency was 75%.
