摘要: This study was conducted to examine the tyrosinase inhibitory and anti-inflammatory activities of kojic acid derivatives. A series derivatives containing thioether, sulfoxide, sulfone linkages were synthesized. In assay, kojyl thioether appropriate lipophilic alkyl chains (pentane, hexane, cyclohexane) showed potent activity. However, sulfoxides sulfones exhibited decreased Similar experimental results obtained with NO production being induced by LPS. The presence linkage appropriated moiety critical for activities.
