摘要: This research proposes a technique to recycle carbon-fiber-reinforced polypropylene thermoplastics based on pelletization process followed by injection molding. Experiments were designed with different conditions evaluate the efficient performance of recyclates. In this study, properties recyclates various fiber contents compared those conventional virgin products. The study confirmed that recycled composite is as usable for molding materials in terms flowability and mechanical properties. suggested have better interfacial adhesion between resin than because good impregnation carbon fibers carbon-fiber-reinforced-thermoplastic waste. conclusion, recycling prepreg waste using proposed method simple, effective it would be economical.
