摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the use chloroquine (CLQ) as an antiviral agent against dengue. Chloroquine, amine acidotropic drug known affect intracellular exocytic pathways by increasing endosomal pH, used in vitro treatment U937 cells infected with dengue virus type 2 (DENV-2). Viral replication assessed quantification produced through detection copy numbers DENV-2 RNA, plaque assay and indirect immunofluorescence. qRT-PCR assays were quantify load after CLQ treatment. It found that a dose 50 μg/mL not toxic resulted significantly less production than occurred untreated cells. In present work, effective cells, also caused statistically significant reduction expression proinflammatory cytokines. indicates may be reduce viral yield
