摘要: Ganoderma lucidum is a basidiomycete white rot fungus that has been used for medicinal purposes worldwide. Although information concerning its genome and transcriptome recently reported, relatively little available G. at the proteomic level. In this study, protein fractions from three developmental stages (16-day mycelia, fruiting bodies 60 90 days) were prepared subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis. A search against database identified 803 proteins. Among these proteins, 61 lignocellulose degrading proteins detected, most of which (49 proteins) found in 90-day bodies. Fourteen TCA-cycle related 17 peptidases, two argonaute-like immunomodulatory also detected. majority (470) had GO annotations classified into 36 terms, with “binding”, “catalytic activity”, “hydrolase activity” having high percentages. Additionally, 357 out assigned least one COG functional category grouped 22 classifications. Based on results sequence alignment analyses, potentially new (GL18769) was expressed shown have activity. biochemical analyses performed first time, revealing can play significant bioactive roles providing foundation further investigations merits.
