摘要: Recently, the stromal invasion grading system was proposed for small adenocarcinomas of ≤2.0 cm. The is based on presence or absence a fibrotic focus, and extent into focus. Although closely correlated with prognosis, grade 3, representing center largest group tumors showed variable prognosis. In this study, we investigated whether could be applied to validated in pT1 as TNM classification most universally used system. Furthermore, 3 cases subclassified according micropapillary pattern. study included 120 lung adenocarcinomas, which 81 (68%) were 3. Micropapillary pattern positive 80% cases. For cases, 5-year survival rate patients pattern-positive carcinomas 63%, significantly worse than 94% those pattern-negative (P=0.0196). latter very close that 0–2 (95%). Moreover, cluster observed at sites more often negative Thus, reproducible correlates prognosis even adenocarcinomas. among carcinomas, favorable noted subclassification provides an advantage reconfirms importance prognostic marker. Our first point possible association invasion.
