摘要: Discusses the issue of developing a project design that adequately addresses practicality delivering integrated construction knowledge and experience in planning, engineering, procurement field operations. There are few practical examples literature explain how non‐traditional approaches can be utilised to organise an management system incorporating occupational health safety (OHS), environmental (EM) quality (QM) systems. Reports on case study helps fill gap. Shows adoption construct approach, together with appropriate techniques, successful major freeway Melbourne, Australia, was driven by sound planning process, OHS, EM QM
