摘要: Detailed investigations are made of orientational luminescent characteristics YAlO3-Nd3+ laser crystals. Anisotropy the spatial distribution intermanifold luminescence intensity due to 4F3/2 4I9/2−15/2 channels is observed and its theoretical interpretation given. The “Stark” branching ratios, peaks, effective cross-sections transitions determined for three crystallographic directions a, b, c crystal at 77 300 K. probabilities spontaneous a number some other spectroscopic parameters also measured. On base obtained data question using Judd-Ofelt treatment analysis spectral properties anisotropic crystals doped with TR3+ ions discussed. [Russian text Ignored]
