摘要: Although there are many studies about the cellular biomarkers’ use in canine’s mammary cancer, results not to compare. This paper offers orientations most useful immunohistochemical markers, which can help treat mammal tumors. The main biomarkers of canines’ epithelia and myoepithelial cells were reviewed based on that, some immunoexpression cadherin (E P cadherin), proliferation marker (Ki-67), Human Epidermal Growth Factor (HER2 HER3), estrogen progesterone receptors made. incorporation these information future studies, either they be prospective or retrospective, will offer mechanisms that allow direct comparison therefore determine if have prognostic significance. point out adequate treatment malignant cancers.
