摘要: The method by Yanaga successfully achieved NAC reconstruction with dermal-fat flaps and cartilage or artificial bone. An advantage of this is that a base formed the dermis at central portion two flaps, so probability retraction greatly reduced. authors also use skin grafting from proximal inner thigh for adaptation to texture color tone NAC. This enables in one step.
