摘要: Abstract OBJECTIVE: We measured the concentrations of plasma P selectin (or GMP-140) and glycocalicin in preeclamptic eclamptic women. Correlations between these two parameters blood pressures, platelet counts, or thrombin-antithrombin complex values were evaluated. STUDY DESIGN: By use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays we GMP-140 levels normal pregnancies ( n = 10) 20) pregnancies. The index was calculated as follows: (glycocalicin × [250 10 6 /ml])/(Individual counts). GMP-140, glycocalicin, values, analyzed. RESULTS: Plasma found to be significantly elevated p 0.01, 0.007) 0.005, 0.002) also markedly patients compared with pregnant patients. Significant correlations counts their corresponding have been cases. However, pressures had CONCLUSIONS: demonstrated an elevation preeclampsia eclampsia. This study reflects usefulness a marker activation turnover endothelial dysfunction diseases. (AM J OBSTET GYNECOL 1996;174:272-7.)
