摘要: A polyclonal antibody against glucomannans (GMs) was raised in a mouse. dot-blot immunoassay and competitive-inhibition tests indicated that the specific for GMs. The enables visualization of localization GMs differentiating tracheids ofChamaecyparis obtusa. Labeling restricted to secondary walls tracheids. labeling density temporarily increased then decreased outer middle layers wall during cell formation. This is probably due accumulation lignin. In comparison with previous studies glucuronoxylans, there must be clear difference between deposition glucuronoxylans.
