摘要: Anastomotic leak is a dreaded complication of colorectal surgery, with many potential causes. This carries it reported mortality ranging from 6 to 39%. Early diagnosis key for the prevention mortality. Here, we discuss causes an anastomotic and its signs symptoms. Moreover, explore various modalities treatment options. Most important, when patient needs be taken operating room what procedure should performed given intraoperative findings.
